In order to get to your dream body, you must set goals (which we did in part 1). Once you select one of the 6 fitness goals you must do workouts consistently to reach that goal. Workouts are made of two things, one of them is movements (which we learned in part 2, watch that if you want to know which specific movements). In this video, I share with you the final ingredient that you need to create a workout and thus get to the Body Of Your Dreams.
